our visit with the our sales agent Max to our installer Jason S. our experience with West Shore Home has been outstanding every step of the way. The prices and options were affordable and attractive. Jason, our installer was amazing to watch him work. Honestly it's been a long time since I've seen that kind of hussle and work ethic in someone. What a dream it was to not have to worry if a corner was being taken. 8 hours from start to finish and so skilled he knows his craft. Our project is absolutely stunning, can't stop admiring it. Our design consultant Heather D. explained everything and our options clearly. Jamie C. and Zach H. were very professional and did a good job. Brandon S. coordinated with us and kept us informed at each step. Two-day job required extensive demolition of the metal tub and fiberglass liner, but they cleaned up the site well. New shower and nice adjustable shower head and safety railings. Looking forward to my first shower tonight! Thanks to your team. $12,500. well spent!

Theses guys are very professional and know exactly what they are doing, the job was clean and they did not cut any corners, Old boards were replaced because my house is 65 years old! My walk in shower is very rewarding and worth the cost.

Jason S. And Darius B. Came out to install our new shower. They arrived on time and got right to work. They kept us informed every step of the way including the few issues they ran into. They gave us multiple solutions to said issues and explained their thought process and recommendations thoroughly. The installation went smoothly and was extremely fast. They both, Jamie and Brandon did an excellent job with our bath tub to shower conversion. They got our job scheduled earlier, it took two days and they showed up on time each day. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up their mess daily. We totally enjoy our new shower. I would definitely recommend them.

Jason and Darius took out an old bathtub and tile wall and installed a new walk in shower in my guest bathroom. It was a rather small space but they worked hard , were very knowledgeable of what had to be done and cleaned up everything before leaving . They did all this in one day. Plus they were very polite and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with everything!!

We hired West Shore to replace an old tub and the shower walls. Jamie and Brandon arrived on-time, did a wonderful job and kept me updated as needed. When they left, everything was tidy and other than the much improved bath, you would never have known any work happened here today.

Very clean and professional installation and service. We had our garden tub and stand alone shower replaced. Willie, Matt E. and Matt H. did a great job. They were professional and cared about the quality of their work during the process. There were a couple of small issues during the installation. However, Willie got with me and they were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a great job and I would highly recommend.
