Arron K. and Darias S. were very polite and did an excellent job of removing old shower and bath tub and installed a new larger shower. They were very skilled and kept us informed of their progress throughout the installation.

My technicians Jason S. and Josh R. were very nice young men. The were very courteous and wasted no time getting to work. The finished product is beautiful. The two worked well together and did a great job of cleaning up. For the size of my shower I thought it was a little over priced so I feel that size of showers in different homes should be considered to help your customers especially senior citizens.

The representatives, Ayoposi F and Alo were all that we could hope for, They were knowledgeable, precise, courteous and very respectful. We love the shower.

My technicians Mike L. & Darias S. Are very courteous and professional young men. No wasted time at all. These young men came in and went straight to work effectively, efficiently and very informative from start to finish in every step. Their work aligned exactly how the salesman outlined it in my presentation. The outcome was beautiful and clean; down to the cleanup. I wish I could hire them all over again ð

Once the salesman had contacts signed, no amount of phone calls, voicemails or text messages can elicit a response from him. He sold us on "one day installation". It took every bit of 2 days. The shower head rod coming from the wall is loose and not attached properly and cannot be tightened. They put a hole in our dry wall that now has to be replaced. All 3 walls of the shower unit flex and bow. It is simply not glued properly. The silicone over-flow is way more than I would have expected for a professional job. The top cover over the sliding door was scratched. When they left for the day, they backed their truck up into our power pole and bent the cable. We now regret and wish we had never got it done.

I had a great install with Mr. Leroy and Mr Darius, very kind and through. Took their time and walked us through every step. Very clean job and it looks like a million dollar job! Iâ m very happy with it!!

Zach and Terry were both very professional and they informed me on everything they were doing. They were very polite and were able to redo the shower quickly and efficiently. I love my new shower. Thanks guys

GREAT SERVICE AND THE CREW WAS FANTASTIC.

They are very professional and they explain what they are doing and why. They put down a drop cloth and they clean up once they have completed the job. They removed all the old rotted boards they removed old pipes and hoses. I would recommend them to anyone

Crew was nice, clean, and very thorough. Even called an electrician when they grazed an electrical line with a scew. Nothing was wrong when the electrician (3rd party) came to take a look but it was nice of them to check as it were their own house. They covered the cost of the electrician and apologized. Very professional and courteous people. [Leroy, Darious, Brandon, and Jamie]

Tub replacement was OK. Looks fine. Installers messed up the faucet which leaked. Took a week for a plumber to return for a job that we were told would take 10 minutes. Took 90 minutes. Installers put up the incorrect shower curtain rod as well. Biggest complaint it that West Shore sold us a shower replacement that they could not do. Original measurements were made incorrectly. Then we were informed that instead of a 24" sliding door, all we could get was a 19" opening or resort to a shower rod/curtain. To top it off, somehow they accessed the full contract price from the loan without our authorization and without having performed any shower work. Currently contemplating litigation. Shady business practices for sure. Difficult to talk to anyone.

Our Shower install was very efficient. Jamie and Jason really did a great job, informed us of progress during the install. Had us position grab bars, shelves and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. Great experience.
