+ -1 moreAs soon as we can terminate our relationship with Waste Management, we will. I do not recommend Waste Management to anyone.
Description of Work: Basic dumpster service (4 yard dumpster). Once a week pick up. No recycling. Cost cited is per month as of 1 Jan 13. I inherited this "contract" from someone's previous decision. Automatic renewal with coded rates make it impossible to understand what we are paying for. This year saw a 12% increase in rates with no recourse to object. Person assigned to our account was obnoxious (this is being kind to her). Manager promised to call with alternatives to help us out but never did. Comparable service from other contractors in the Columbia SC area are one third the cost of Waste Management.
