Description of Work: He found a home for my family

Description of Work: I have been looking at buying an investment property for the last couple of months. Tom took me to view several properties on more thaan 3 occasions and he also sent me emails of properties I might be interested in with all the information. Tom is always professional and guides very loosely allow me to decide what I want and do not want and he does not try to talk me into things at all. He will speak up if he has a concern about the property of if I ask his advice. He is well versed in the process of making a offer and filing all the paperwork and he has good people he works with for inspections and the like, but he is not apposed with going with a different person if his client has one they like. I have not bought anything because I have reassessed the decision to become a landlord, but if you want excellent, knowledgeable service in real estate, you will not find anyone better than Tom.

Description of Work: I met him when I originally came to South Carolina to find a home. I was living in another state far away and he communicated with me by email. He was very knowledgable without being high pressure. He listened and was supportive. He gave great advice and information all along the way. He also handled all of my inspections since I could not be here for that. He took care of those needs and was even able to encourage them to add service I wouldn't have gotten without his encouragement. That was a plus and proved to me he went the extra mile on my behalf. I sincerely appreciated that.
