Considering the time that the furnace failed -- during probably the worst weather of our winter -- it went great. Because of Mr. Milton's efforts, my discomfort was minimal. His first visit was on a very cold day when snow was still on the ground -- and the roads. On his next visit he got a crew started on changing out my gas pack. By the end of that day, I had a fully working unit. Mr. Milton came back a third time to finish up the installation, and I believe he also made some improvements in part of my ductwork. Finally, he came back on May 1 to check out the AC part of the new system. (He had offered to do that during the final cold-weather visit.) This is the second gas pack I have bought from Mr. Milton. The first was a couple of decades or so ago.

The work went exceptionally well. Mr. Milton found a crack in one of the heater components, informed me of the cost but suggested that we check on manufacturer's warranty first. Fortunately, the part was under warranty and was replaced with just labor cost. When called about a subsequent problem, he determined that a new thermostat had been incorrectly wired and corrected the problem.
