I called Mr. Brice for a quote when I found him on Angie's List. He returned my call promptly and we set an appt for him to stop by and give an estimate. He was over right away. He listened attentively as I showed him around the areas I wished to cover. Mr. Brice was quite obviously very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to remedy the issues I had. He was honest, upfront and a pleasure to do business with. When we did the final walk through, he promptly addressed everything without hesitation. Mr. Brice was the 3rd estimate I had gotten, and his quote blew the others away! Although there was some confusion about the exact figure (we did not have it in writing upon start of work), he agreed to compromise to a more than fair price. His guys that work with him were great. Although the project needed to be rescheduled for a later date then originally discussed, they started soon after and worked steady without breaks to finish the job much quicker than I had anticipated. They all took great care to clean after themselves~a real plus with contractors!! I would absolutely refer Mr. Vincent Brice to Friends & Family.
