Description of Work: Justin originally said he'd have to wait till Monday to do an appraisal, but something came up and he ended up being able to come same day. Gave me an EXCEPTIONALLY competitive price, and said his crew would be back after lunch. The took down a storm damaged pine 65-70' tall, another dead tree about 30' tall - and cut up, cleaned and removed a 15' x 20' piece that had come from storm damaged tree and crushed my deck. They chipped all the branches and cleaned up extensively, all in a couple of hours. Great job, and I'd use them again

 + -1 moreHe was suppose to come out to my house and give me a quote in the late afternoon. I took time off from work for this. Well needless to say he was a no show. I was interested to use them because of the work they were doing out in Quail Valley. Guess I wasn't in a high class neighborhood to get your business, eh buddy? Your loss, I have money to get these trees cut down and I have moved along. I hope you don't treat your others customers/potential customers with the lousy customer service I received, at least call to reschedule another day if you were too busy.

 + -1 moreDo NOT use these guys! We asked him to use a crane on a 100'+ tree. He showed up 2 days late, at 3:30 PM to START the job with NO CRANE. He didn't even cut the primary tree we hired him for on day #1. This was supposed to take 1 day. Day 2, around 2:30 PM, it starts to rain and the tree is STILL not cut down. I mention this to him, and Justin finally climbs up the tree and proceeds to cut it in half. WHAM! More than 2 tons of trees came slamming down into our lawn so violently it shook our entire house and tore up a huge section of our lawn. Justin promises to "fill in" those areas. They left a heavy dump truck and their chipper parked half-way ON MY NEIGHBOR'S LAWN across the street, and their bucket truck parked in ANOTHER neighbor's driveway even though I asked them not to, and all of the 2 + tons of trees in my front lawn for an ENTIRE MONTH! I called him 30+ times, left a dozen voice mail messages, was hung up on by Justin several times, he never responded. This guy is BAD NEWS.
Description of Work: Remove 100' pine tree from side of house using a CRANE, remove 2 smaller trees from side of house, trim branches from trees over driveway, fill in and repair all damaged areas, grind small stump in front yard.
