Toney Irrigation

I used Brian based only on the reviews I found on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. Brian was punctual, provided me a quote and he fixed the sprinkler heads on the same day he provided me with the quote. I had him look at the entire sprinkler system, explained my concerns and asked for recommendations. He did not try to push me to a new sprinkler system but pointed out a way or two mine could be improved. He felt it would be a waste of money to start over with a new irrigation system. He was trying to save me money! Without reservation I recommend Brian for your sprinkler repair work.

Brian did a complete review of my system, made adjustments where needed. He had to replace only one sprinkler head. He took time to educate me on how the system worked. He found things to be in good order. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. I was thrilled with his service. I will be calling him back in the future.

Brian returned my call promptly and arrived promptly. He actually did the work on his visit. He also made some suggestions to improve the system and I will call Brian back to make those changes when I am ready.

Excellent. Brian is such a hard worker and professional. Would not leave the job undone even though it took 3 days to finish. He thought it would take an 1 hour and half. He would not take more money for his quote and was meticulous in his work. I will definitely use him again!

Brian was amazing. First of all, he was responsive to all phone calls. He also quoted right at what we expected, and even came under when it came time to bill us. He showed us exactly why things failed, and explained in detail what it was going to take to fix it. He also insisted upon coming out on a Saturday, even though we told him it could wait, since my husband works from home. We will definitely be bringing him back to do adjustments on our sprinkler heads!!

This was the best experience in the long history of our sprinkler system maintenance. Brian is thorough and clearly knows the ins and outs of irrigation. Our system presented some unique challenges. Brian took the time to thoroughly trouble shoot the system and provided me various options to correct the problem. The end result was a sprinkler system that now works. He did a great job!!

Super! Brian checked the entire system and told me the pump was shot (replacement was not what he did), then he came out a second time to fix the clogged valve - which included renting a valve finder. All of it was done in a very timely manner, I could not have asked for better service.

Brian was able to come and do an review and confirm that my sprinkler system is not the cause of my leak. He was able to notice that my system was in a good state and if I had any issue to call him..... And I will.

I have never been more pleased with the service I received from any provider. Mr Toneywas prompt , on time, fair , and extremely able. He even made recommendations that saved me money on repairs and what I thought might be improvements. He assured me that they were unnecessary which cost him money but he was right. When he left my system was up, running and better than when new. He has my complete , unreserved recommendation.

We had already moved out of our house and discovered we had a massive leak in our sprinkler system that caused us to have a huge water bill. Brian came out very fast and kept me updated over the phone with what needed to be done since we were out of state. He did a great job and got everything fixed and charged a fair amount. Very nice guy also.

Superb, he initially informed us he was booked up for almost a week, but would fit us in if anyone cancelled. That is exactly what he did, and on a Saturday to boot. Brian said he would arrive between 10AM and 12 o'clock, was there at 10:05. Replaced four damaged heads, implemented a creative fix for a head blocked by our new fence. Worked hard, efficently and professionally, highly recommend for sprinkler repair or improvement work (he does not do installs)

We originally thought we had a leak where our main controls are in the side yard. We had previously had a leak there before and the person who fixed that was no longer servicing our area. So we thought we had the same problem. We where going out of town in a few days and he made room in his schedule to come by to look at it before we left. Brian is very professional and honest. He made sure he showed my husband everything he was looking at and what he was going to do to repair it. He could have replaced all the valves in the main controls (which would have cost $200 +) but he said that wasn't the problem. I would definitely use Brian again and recommend him to anyone for their future irrigation needs!!

I had not used my irrigation system for a couple of years and called Brian Toney Irrigation. Brian promptly returned my call and agreed to come out and evaluate the system. He was on time, professional, evaluated the system and gave me an estimate. I ended up having him overhaul the system (in a very large front yard) and replace most of the heads and move a couple to give me a better system with more coverage than I had was when first placed in the yard. The work was done quickly and I will definitely call him again! He gave a one year warranty on his work.

I called Brian from reviews given by other customer reviews which were all great!. He promptly called me back the next morning to set the next day to come to my home and review my existing system. After his review, he stated his schedule would allow him to come back in five days, which would be on a Saturday. He came on time, along with his nephew, who was in high school and told me his nephew wanted to go to school after high school to learn the Landscaping business and he was helping him learn the irrigation (Sprinkler part of the landscape business). Brian was the most professional of any contractor I have ever worked with. He took his time on a Saturday afternoon and was here for over two hours. I asked his nephew, why a teenager like him was out working with his uncle on Saturday and why he wasnt at a football game or hanging out with friends. He said he was there to learn the irrigation business from the best man he knew who could teach him and wanted on the job experience. His nephew called me "Sir" everytime I spoke to him (Which is "rare" these days) and I was most impressed! I could not have asked for a better sprinkler irrigation contractor. He has been doing this for 27 years and nobody lasts that long in any contracting business that is not exceptional! He shows up on time, takes his time to do the work, answered all my questions and did not seem in any kind of rush to leave. I could not recommend anyone higher than Brian and would suggest anyone needing a service like this call him.

Brian really knows his business, He is professional, pleasant to work with, and very reliable. He solved our irrigation problems.

The fix Brian suggested worked and only cost me $8.00 vs approx $110.00 for him to come out and repair my sprinkler head. I will use BT Irrigation when I'm ready to do a comprehensive tune up/repair of my entire system.

Brian was knowledgeable and efficient. He showed up on time, troubleshooted my problem within minutes and went over my options to fix it. I decided to just to replace the box, so the following day he returned with all the supplies and had me up and running in no time. Brian Toney is an excellent irrigation specialist. He came to my house two different times as I had problems with water pressure and the sprinkler system getting to all parts of my yard. He was able to locate the green master box on a 15 year old system and check that out to see if there were any problems there with a valve or anything else. He diagnosed it well and stayed a good while checking my system out. He determined that I needed several heads replaced with more efficient heads to get the maximum coverage area with the low water pressure. He stated that he would return in a couple of days and replaced the heads. He was prompt when he returned, very caring and very likable. He was able to get more coverage for me with the new sprinkler heads. I would recommend him for any irrigation problem and I will continue to call him as the need arises. For both trips, the diagnosis, replacement sprinkler heads and other adjustments to the system, he charged $260 which I found very reasonable for his times and efforts.

Well we're new to the area and didn't know who to contact so I search Angie's List and found Brian Toney call him and left a message and he responded back right away within minutes. I told him that I was expriencing problems with my sprinklers and he came the same day. He found the problem right away it was done and I thought it was done professionaly so I ask could he add sprinklers he informed me what he recommended and I agreed. This guy not only man of his words he is a true professional that goes above and beyond his call of duty and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He does a very good job and the cost is very reasonable. I had six heads replaced, a solenoid replaced and eight heads moved or repaired. This is the second time I have asked Brian to do work on my system and will do so in the future as needed.

He called me back promptly and came when he said he would. Brian is very polite and efficient. We wouldn't think twice about having him do work for us. He tries hard to please.
