Everyone in the business was most courteous and proficient. The owner gave me a worst case scenario price and it got much worse but he never changed his word, instead gave me a better computer than I had and didn't charge me for it. The business model, the personnel, the integrity and the service were amazing.

On both occasions they performed the repairs completely to my satisfaction, and within the time frame promised. The first occasion it was to fix a power jack/battery problem, and the second time it was to replace a badly damaged screen. They were even helpful in helping me source a new battery for as inexpensively as possible. Also, on both occasions they performed some maintenance on both devices free of charge. On yet another occasion I went in looking to replace a component that I thought would cost me a fair bit, but after assessing my specific needs, I again ended up saving money by purchasing something that was a better fit. Every time I have gone in there they are helpful and charming while ensuring that they are taking exact care of your needs without gouging you. As mentioned, they are quick to assess your needs and give you great advice that saves you money. I live over a half hour away and this is the only place I ever go for service!

There was a $50 diagnostic fee. They found a severe virus had corrupted the operating system and infected files on the computer. They repaired the operating system, cleaned and repaired all files, updated all programs, and informed us upon pickup that if ever a program asked to install an update, to call them and they would tell us if we should allow the update or if it is malware. The fee to remove malware, virus, repair, and update all systems was $150. The service person outlined everything that had been done to the computer and even offered a discount because I am a member of Angie's list.

I have used them a number of times. They are our permanent IT guys from here on here on out! They are kind and compassionate. They are absolutely beyond awesome! If there was a grade higher than 'A+', they would get it! They have helped me save money and have talked me through everything. They are the first IT company I have worked with that talks to me on my level. I feel extremely comfortable with them. I have referred people ot them and the people I referred to them to love That Computer Store too. They are actually the best company I’ve worked with in any capacity in years!

If I EVER need any computer work done again, this is the place where I will go. Will not even consider using anyone else. Staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable . Great personalities, too!! They explained the issues I had with my computer in terms that I could actually understand. You won't go wrong by using these guys for your computer needs. Very reasonably priced, too!! A+++++++++++ in my book!!!!

Will totally have my business from now on!!!! Absolutely above & beyond in customer service!!!! They even took the time to explain everything to a computer illiterate like me, in terms I could understand!

My husband's laptop was having a lot of problems, even though he had run all of his virus, etc. scans. Finally, I took it into this shop and they worked to remove, in their words, "numerous viruses". It was ultimately too seriously compromised and they ended up reinstalling the Operating System. The computer has worked great ever since. The bill was reasonable and I received a discount for being an Angie's List customer. I would definitely use this company again.

The people that work in the store are very nice and very responsive. They were able to get the work done and were very conscientious about letting me know how it was going. I had a terrible virus that I could not get rid of and they were able to eliminate it from my laptop. They also added memory. The only negative was that one gentleman was not well versed in working with the payment procedure, including how to handle the Angie's List coupon, but that was a very minor problem. They are a friendly bunch, and seem to know all about computers. I would highly recommend them.

I've had 3 computers repaired there. They're really nice folks and try to bend over backwards to help you. They are pretty slow, as they have more work than they can do, so it always takes longer than they originally promise. But I understand and try to be patient. HOWEVER, with this last computer, I picked it up without looking at it. This is the computer I use for work. When I got it set back up at work, every Word document had been converted to OpenOffice. Every time I got an email with a Word document attached, it converted it to OpenOffice. Also, my default browser had been changed from Mozilla Firefox to Internet Explorer. When I went into Mozilla, all my cookies and bookmarks had been deleted. So, of course, when I visit a website I've been to before, I have to figure out my username and password at each site. And the final straw was I called them and left a voice mail indicating my displeasure, telling them they needed to convert all my documents back to Word and fix these issues. I've never heard from them. I hate to give them a bad review. I really like those folks.

I paid at most $50. It only took a day or less to complete the work. They work with you pretty well. They are who I go to if I have a problem.

This is really more of a gaming store in my opinion. All of the advertisements in the store seem to be for games. I think they should change their name from the computer store to something that has to do with gaming. They may be good with games but they were not good at repairing our computer and they were polite but just didnt seem interested.

It went all right and they said that they would have it ready at a certain time and it was not ready and I had to go back the next day and get it. The quality was good.

I got excellent results all the way. They were reasonable and the work was done properly. I can't say enough about them and they did everything I like. They were professional and the service was performed on time. They fixed the problem and could not done any better.

I thought they did a great job. They really pay attention to detail and it's like the best, it's commercialized. They are good.

I needed to find out why my computer wasn't working. I had an idea, but needed it checked by a professional. Once again, I got onto Angie's List and found That Computer Store. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. They opened up my computer right then and there. They confirmed it was the motor and switched it out for me. It only took about 15 minutes and I was on my way. I was very thankful that they didn't make me leave my computer to be picked up at a later date. I returned to this store several weeks later for help with my laptop and they were just as courteous as the first time. They also add humor to the conversation, because let's face it, when you are there you are usually stressed out because your computer doesn't work. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

they check it out and determined harddrive was failing. I ended up buying new computer from them. have bought many computer for home and work in the past they was one of the more enjoyable experiences. they even allowed my son to build the computer in their shop.

The staff at That Computer Store were very knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. They took time to diagnose the problem with my desktop, and then repaired it. I have had no problems with the computer since then.

They were great. They were very professional, very nice and helpful. They fixed my computer in a timely manner. It was all good. I spent $200. I don’t really know computers but it was like a big job. My experience was good. I would use them again in the future.

Took computer in as it had crashed. They went to the ends of the earth to try to diagnose the problem and fix it but we ended up having to buy another one. They helped us find what we were looking for and on their recommendation bought an Asus from Best Buy. They could have sold us one of their own and made more money as we put ourselves completely at their mercy. They were honest and knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart. Unfortunately,our brand new computer was a lemon! We took it back and exchanged it, and they transferred all our data, again, into the second computer, and got us all set up for the second time for no extra charge. All of the technicians were very personable and professional. By the time we were finally squared away, we knew them all on a first name basis. They never made us feel like dummies and answered all of our questions,even though I am sure some of them were pretty stupid.
