If I need him to come in an emergency situation, he will come at no additional cost. He is thorough and he really seems to know what he is doing. Ed is a very nice guy. I don't have any desire to check out anyone else.

I have been very pleased with their service. They are very punctual, neat, wear booties when they come inside, and do an all around professional job.

I have had a Terminix termite bond since I moved in my home in 2003. A map of my home was initially done, and any indication of termites or their nests or tubes was indicated on the plan. In February 2012 I moved a piece of furniture and under it was obvious termite damage in my hardwood floor that wasn't there when I place the furniture in that location. When I telephoned Terminix they came out twice to look at the damage. They told me the damage was old and they wouldn't cover it. No where is the damage indicated on the initial mapped out plan of my house thus it has occurred while under Terminix's coverage. Their guarantee is worthless.

They are a pretty good company but I will not continue to use their services in the future.

They are always very friendly. When they would go under the house I would also ask them to look for mold because I kept smelling a funny moldy smell. They come out whenever I call them. They always check for pests and anything else I need. They don't always keep the same crew, but they always call before they come. They are clean cut and have a good frame of mind. They work well with your time schedules and when they can come. Their responsiveness and quality of work is excellent. They are always considerate of our cats too.

I do not have anything bad to say about them. They come and do what they are supposed to do.

.We have had a contract with Terminix for 12 years. They come out quarterly for the pest control. We are very happy with the pest control. They always call and make appointments. They come and do what needs to be done both inside and outside. They are professional. They always do a good job. They have just gone to annual for the termites, and we are a little concerned about that. They have upgraded to a system where they only have to check it once a year. If we have any problems they will come back out. We will continue to use their service.

They have a lifetime guarantee. They also have a termite damage guarantee. They come every 3 months for ants around my home.

I like their service person. She is very thorough, friendly and nice to my dog. She is also very professional.

I have been using Terminix Service, Inc. for a couple of years now. We expect them a couple of times a year. They are very accommodating and pleasant. If I need a re-spray for bugs or crickets, there is never a question; they just come right out and do it. Their pricing is reasonable and comparable to others. Personally I feel you get more for the yearly renewal fee than you would for somebody coming out. I have recommended them a to a neighbor too.

They are very respectful, come on time and don't take all day. I don't have ants anymore and I will use them again in the future.

They treat inside and outside of the house for bugs. He checks every room. He goes outside of the house with a tall dusting pole and takes down all the cobwebs outside of the house and knocks down bee nests. They are great. The service guy who comes out for us is Randy and he has been doing our house for several years. He is fabulous. He is super friendly and very conscientious. I won’t have anybody but Randy coming into my house. We will continue to use their services.

I spend $75 a service. I like that they are punctual. They provide me with a written report about what they did. They are in and out of here with as little disruption as possible.

Their price is $75, which is very reasonable and whenever I have problems, they come right away. They treat termites as well and I have no termites. They come 2 times a year for termites. They charge $150 for bugs and ants every quarter. They call and come every time. They take their own time and do a good job. I will use them again in the future.

It was a good experience. They've been treating my house for pests and they do termite control on my lawn too. Anytime I have any problems I just have to call them and they will come out to take care of it. They are pretty fast, very professional and very courteous.

Overall, the work went great. I have a large yard, so I spent about $100. They came and sprayed my yard and sprayed my house. They sprayed both the internal and external. He told me everything he was going to do. He made sure he cleaned up after himself. He wore protective gear while he was working outside of the house and changed and put on a different set of protective gear when he came inside of the house; to me that was very professional. I really enjoyed the experience. He explained everything before he went to work and explained what to do if something would happen by chance, who I need to call and get in contact with. I would recommend them for their professionalism. They were on time and were very informative. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They are reliable but very expensive.

We like everything about their service. It isn't always the same guy who comes out. There is a lot of turnover in their staff. They usually don't come in the house. They just check the base and leave a note on the door. They came every time.
