Description of Work: Set a trap outside the attic vent to capture the squirrels who were camping out in our attic. Our regular technician checked the crawl space under the house for rodent activity while doing routine maintenance (spraying for pests).

Description of Work: Terminix on Rabin Rd, Columbia, SC They removed and replaced about 15 feet of sill supporting the house on the foundation. The wood which contained soft rot was replaced with treated wood. They also attached the insulation to the floor of the house that was sagging in the crawlspace. Finally they covered the ground of the crawlspace with a heavy plastic and attached it to the ground. They did an excellent job and did it quickly and with no bother to us.

They are very good.
Description of Work: We use Terminix for our pest control, we have had them for three years, and they come out every three months. When I had problems with fire ants, which are very hard to get rid of, they came right away and did it.

Description of Work: While we have had no issues with Terminex as it relates to termites (our bond is with them and our regular quarterly service guy is terrific, thorough and professional), however, we will NOT use them again for roaches and other pest control. We signed an annual fee for quarterly service and have now called three times because of a constant presence of roaches in the garage and roaches crawling up our back exterior walls--never had that issue with our last company, although they charged far more. We'll try another highly rated company for non-termite bug control found on this list.
