Work was done very well and I am pleased with that; I wasn't happy that they told me a time and when they didn't show I had to call to find out why there weren't there; it was due to an emergency which I understand is a priority but it is also showing courtesy to your customers to update them so they aren't left wondering.

Nick thinks ahead instead of just doing patch-work. He takes care of his customers. They left the site cleaner than it was before they started. The work they did was very well done and top quality. Nick is honest and you can trust him. He will work with you deliver more than what is expected. Nick has been an electrician since he was a kid. It’s in his blood. Our technician was Nick Parker . He looks young but he knows his job. He was very polite and courteous, on time and neat. Cleaned up after he was done. Nick went above and came out after the fact the job was complete in the pouring rain when I called him to check a outside light. I will call again when needed.
