Very well overall. Had minimal trouble connecting for the first time when Marty came by to look at the bathroom and give me an estimate. Once we got going, he was punctual. Work quality was excellent. He explained what he was doing and why.

Marty had done some roofing work for us in the past. I had a 2 bathroom and sunroom tile flooring job lined up with a larger company who kept putting me off so I asked Marty if he did floors. I was happy to hear that he did. He came over and measured and then called us the next day and emailed a free estimate for the tiling, installing of new baseboards and quarter round, caulking and painting. It was much more reasonable than the first company. We agreed on a time frame and he worked with us on our schedule - which was very chaotic at the time. As he was working, I asked him if he could do a few other things - drywall repair on the wall and ceiling, some bathroom plumbing, and replacing some damaged wood work. He said he would be happy to and gave me an estimate on that to ok before proceeding. He also made us custom thresholds that matched our hardwood floors. He was there early every morning, working the full day. He even came over on a Saturday to finish the job which we were very impressed with. The work looks great. The final bill was right where we thought it would be.

The overall quality of work is exceptional. All work is guaranteed with call backs few and far between. But in case a call back is necessary, the company checks on concerns without hesitation. I would recommend Straightline Remodelers to everyone who seeks quality work. The customer is always consulted as work continues and suggestions are always welcomed. I would not have continued to call Straightline Remodelers for various jobs for five years if work were not of the highest quality.
