Garry Stevens was able to schedule the job in good time. He did a very, very thorough inspection and gave good, detailed explanations. Report was emailed about 2 weeks later. It was complete, very professionally done with good photographs.

Service was great. I had to leave a message, but they called me back within 30min. Their price was a little high, which is ultimately why I did not go with them. But it is competitive price. My realtor was just able to use his connections and get me a cheaper one. I will probably use this company in the future.

From the phone, to meeting Garry in person, he was a pleasure . He was timely, thorough, took excellent pictures, explaining what he was seeing in that particular inspection and just interpreted the situation I was facing along with it so well. He is just an honest man, he gave very thoughtful recommendations, I just cant say enough good things about him, or maybe I just cant put into words what he made such a breeze (for me) while others had made it a bit more difficult (even leaving me more questions) Garry did not. My husband was just as impressed with him. I'm just really glad I found him and I will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector. I loved the layout of his inspection report, and how well spoken he was in it in every facet of his field, and his love for what he does shines through his reports also. The man is just awesome to me. Great inspector! I would hire Mr. Garry Stevens again, and refer him to everyone.
