I have used On Call in the past, before I joined Angie's List. The original price I got for the furnace installation was not the lowest or the highest, but I thought it was a fair price. Ray Weiss spent half an hour on the phone with me, explaining the options I had and the pros and cons of each option without pushing me one way or the other. I greatly appreciated his assistance so that I could make an informed decision on what I needed. While On Call has several crews, I can only speak for the person that installed my furnace. The installation technician, Nick, was very knowledgeable about his products and his profession. He was very professional and responsible and did not take short cuts during the installation of the furnace. He recognized that some duct work needed to be replaced during the installation and just performed what needed to be done without adding any additional costs like some companies I have worked with have done. When I need to have my AC replaced, I would hope that Nick will still be there to install that also. The best thing I can say about On Call is their honesty and integrity. Ray Weiss is the service manager at On Call. Many companies say they will not stop until the customer is satisfied, but when Ray states that, he truly does mean it. There were a couple of hiccups along the way (almost no major work on your home is ever all unicorns and rainbows), and Ray did everything he needed to do to make everything right. The job ended with me being VERY satisfied. I will reiterate, the main reason I will deal with On Call in the future is because I feel Ray and Nick both have integrity and treat their customers with honesty and respect.
