They are unprofessional and do not pay their employees. Unsafe handling of payment information. Shoddy work as well.

All went beautifully, well made, punctual, pleasant service people. Absolutely no follow up in customer service. Counter top installed 7/3/18, started calling on 7/5/18. There are visible buff marks on the counter top and a small chip. Been calling weekly since 7/5. Always spoke to a person who said she would give them the message. Have yet to receive a return call. Reported to BBB, I want issue resolved, repairs made.

Someone came to measure and give a quote for refininishing a Corian countertop and sink. I never could get a quote for the job to be done. Very frustrating!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bill Harvie took care of us from start to finish, giving us general information, coming out to our home multiple times to deliver samples, providing quotes for each of the selections we were deciding between, and coming back with larger samples to help us decide. Gwen at the office was always friendly and helpful; the men who came to the house to measure and install knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and I felt comfortable having them in our home. They removed our existing Formica countertop with minimal damage to the tile backsplash (I see ONE damaged tile, and it's in a place that will never be seen). Seams are flawless. And it ended up costing considerably less than I had expected! I definitely recommend Solid Surfaces and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The granite looks wonderful. Our only "complaint" is that they can't give an exact time for installation. Sometime after 10 AM was the best they could do. It was after 4:00 when they finally got here. They were great - easy to work with.

After comparing estimates, we decided to sign a contract with Solid Surface, Inc. to have our kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced. The initial contact with the sales representative was positive. He was friendly and professional when he came to the house to measure the countertops. He e-mailed us an estimate and then followed up with one phone call and then waited for us to get back in touch with him. When we called back and told him that we would hire his company, we were told that Bennie would come to the house and re-measure all countertops before they place the order. Bennie was very friendly and efficient. Two weeks after we signed the contract, the installers came to install all countertops. They worked non-stop to complete the work, which took several hours. We were very satisfied with their work and the finished product. We would recommend Solid Surface, Inc. to other consumers.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. All communications after the contract was signed were initiated by me calling to find out when things were going to be done. Solid Surfaces subcontracted the job to another company for measurement and installation. The guys that came to measure the kitchen did not show up at the time Solid Surfaces told me they would be there (early morning). It was well after lunch when they arrived. The first countertop they sent out was cracked and scratched to the point that the installers did not bother to take it off of the truck. This added another three days to the already delayed installation.
