carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWe spoke to him today and he wasn't unpleasant but he didn't seem to want to correct the problem. He didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what might have happened or what the film was. He also didn't offer to fix it but he said he could come out and clean it for the regular cleaning fee.
Description of Work: He came to our rental house to check out carpets because his company cleaned them before we moved in. The carpet had a black film on it that gets on our feet. Our landlord has told us the film wasn't there before the carpets were cleaned.
