A beautiful flower arrangement was delivered on Saturday. By Sunday, several of the flowers were dead or dying. I called the florist, not to ask for a re-do, but to let them know there was a problem. To my surprise and delight, they said they would deliver a replacement that same day. I am impressed with their professionalism and ability to understand a customer's problem. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend this company to friends.
