SHUMAKER HOMES INC

I woke up one morning with the house temperature at 58 degrees.... low and behold my Central Air Heating was not working. I called my builder (Shumaker Homes) , whom told me to call Shannon Heating and Air for them to do the repair and they would pay for the fix. Shannon came out and fixed the problem (great job Shannon!) and I thought great thats over. Then 2 months later I start getting bills from Shannon Heating and Air for $100. I ignore them at first since Shumaker is paying the bill. After the 3rd bill comes saying pay the bill, I contact Shumaker on their website and get a phone call on 3/12/12 to voicemail from Yolanda at Shumaker saying she spoke with David Watkins, Vice President of Construction, and they would pay the bill. Get another bill in April, so I drive to their office with the bill, and the secretary there said they would take care of it. Get another bill in June now, go back to the office and secretary tells me that the bill is in there to be paid folder, but they have no idea when it will be paid, was told times are tough and cash to pay these bills is hard to come by. I paid $140,000 for my house and they can't pay a $100 bill? This company does not stand behind their warranty nor care about you after the sale. I had a Preventer valve on the sprinkler system go out after this, and they said it wasn't covered since it was outside the house, though they were the ones that installed it, as they do on all their houses as a "benefit for the Owner", now I am out $468.00 for that.
