About us

Seacoast Renovation Systems works hard to make customers happy. We have the knowledge, tools, and man power to complete any job we accept. I do not hire people that I would not trust being around my own family or working on my house. Honesty is key with me and all of my employees. I give a 2 year workmanship warranty with all work completed that a warranty can apply. I have a wife and 4 children that my world revolves around. If I do not do good work then I will cease to get work and I will not be able to feed my family. I treat all my customers like they are family if they allow it. I check in with my customers daily on jobs that I am working on to ensure there are no problems with the work we are performing or with any of my employees. We follow the warranty guidelines on all products that we apply in case there is a problem with the product we are using. This way there are no questions if the product is default. The company we get the product from will have to back up their warranty. I submit detailed proposals on all worked checked and will not sign off on any work until the customer and I are in complete understanding of what is to happen on the job that the proposal refers to. We can do any carpentry work. We can do tile, hardwood, carpet, laminate, lanolium and other kinds of floors. NO job is too small or too big for us to take on. If for some reason I do not feel comfortable doing a job I will let the homeowner know before we get too far into negotiations. We do minor electrical work and we do all plumbing work. We can build additions or buildings. We can roof your home in any kind of roof you wish to have installed. We do a lot of painting, exterior and interior. We pressure wash and clean the out side of the house on every exterior paint job we do. We will do the same if needed for customers even if they do not want to paint. I have over 10 years experience roofing and 20 years doing home improvement. When i was growing up my step dad owned 22 properties so i spent alot of time helping him repair and keep up his properties. That is where alot of my knowledge comes from. I offer refrences on any job that i price. I do carry workmans comp. insurance and comercial liability. I have a state license and bond. I do have skilled carpenters, sheetrock guys, electrician, roofers, flooring guys, wall paper guys and guys with the ability to do much much more. We will work on anything from a shed or mobile home to a house or comercial building. I am easy to contact and if for some reason i dont get your call if you leave a message i will return your call as promptly as possible. I am familiar with all of the work that we do. Other things that we do are appliance installation, roof cleaning, some yard work, paver patios, paver walkways, window and door installations and more.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.
Description of Work: Owner, Chris Pressley, and his crew have just completed a number of jobs at my new (built in 1949) home. They also have removed damaged flooring in my condo and replaced the wood floors. They went to work installing or changing out ceiling fans, painting, replacing part of a wobbly railing and a rotted step to the deck, installing wood-framed lattice under the deck, making doors fit properly, taking out doors and leaving the open frame looking great. In one former doorway space, Chris designed and built box shelves that look great and work well with existing cabinetry. They managed to remove a large mirror that had been glued to the wall over a mantle and restored the wall to look like new. Chris’s “can do” attitude, considerable skills, and his professional manner combined to grant every other request I made for improving my new space. 
 He and his and his team of workers are good at what they do and, just as important to me, very nice folks. They also showed thoughtful consideration for this client. They have been dependable, pleasant to work with, and the pricing was more than fair. I’m going to miss these guys—until the next time I need their help.

The pressure washing went fine and we were pleased with the results. However, the bill stated they were to clean around the old caulk, and scrape and sand the windows and then paint. The finished product looked horrible. It was evident that the windows were not scraped or sanded, and we found a place where you could see the black mold already bleeding through. I called him and he came to our house and carved the mold out with his knife, and stated that it was just a very small area, and he was sure there were no other places like that. He said they would repaint the windows, and sand where needed. He did send someone out, but we could not tell any difference in the windows, and he never called us back. I would think twice before using this contractor. He was not present for the work, and he did not check the work before we paid him. And even though he put in writing that he would sand the windows, they clearly were not sanded. I had a realtor look at the house a few weeks later and she mentioned that we might want to have the windows painted and sanded. I was sick to my stomach when I told her that we had just paid $600.00 for that to be done.
Description of Work: His employees pressure washed the house and painted the outside windows. $300.00 for pressure washing, and 600.00 for the windows.

I was present on this job. I did come see this job when it was complete. We completed carpentry work on this job in addition to the pressure washing and painting. I made it clear with homeowner before hand that her windows were in bad shape and we would not be able to make them look brand new. We scraped all of the loose paint and we sanded in some areas to remove chipping paint. I did not agree to sand the windows all the way to the wood. We were just making sure the loose paint was removed. I went back to this house 2 time after it was to complete to try and make her happy. I stand behind my work and i came to the job like I stated I would and I did exactly what I told her I was going to do. The price I gave her was a very fair price for the work we completed. We prepped primed and painted every window on her house.I tried to call homeowner after we went back and did not get anyone. I never heard back from her. My company does a lot of residential work and I stand behind my work. I really hate that this homeowner is not happy. Comunication is key. If she would of let me know after my last visit she was still not happy I would of returned.
