Scott Fahner

I found this contractor on Angieand quot;s list. I was looking for someone to clean out and inspect a dryer vent on a house I had just purchased. I called and we agreed on a time for him to meet me at the house and inspect the vent. Scott did not show up for the appointment, nor did he call before hand. After waiting an hour, I called him. Scott stated that he couldn't make it as he was in the middle of another job. He did apologize for not calling me to let me know and said he had lost my number. I chose to seek another contractor to do this work.

When I called, he came the following day to provide an estimate and performed the work the day after that. Although I did not meet him in person, he seemed very professional on the telephone and offered two options for the type of replacement pipe.

While Modern Exterminating Company was doing their annual termite inspection they found excessive lint under the house and said it posed a fire hazard. They recommended Scott Fahner to do the job of fixing this problem. Mr. Fahner came out the next day after I called him and completed the job of cleaning the lint that was deposited under the house because of the break in the tubing to the outside. He removed the old broken line and replaced it with a new line. All work was cleaned up.
