ROYAL DANISH CLEANING CO LLC

We are a family of 5 and live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. The owner came to our home before any cleaning was done and measured the house and looked around at the items we have in our home. With three young kids, we have toys around almost all the time. It's a big part of why we were hiring a cleaning service. The company has four people who come in and clean the entire house very quickly - in about an hour and they base their profit on cleaning so many square feet in a specific amount of time. Our family just didn't fit the bill - because we have "stuff", they couldn't clean as fast at they were supposed to and we became a problem customer. Although the owner looked at every inch of our house before any work was done, suddenly they expected our house to be clean before they even came over. The house was picked up prior to their visits but it felt like we were always in the wrong somehow. Bottom line: the cleaning was adequate but the cleaning people didn't like it when I pointed out areas that they had missed punctuality - they cleaned our home 3 times and were only on time once; they typical wait was about 15-20 minutes customer service - getting our house cleaned was somewhat of a luxury item for us and ultimately we just felt bad about the entire experience. I think this service would be ok for an office or a family without children or pets.
