+ -1 morePostive: Arrived on time, photo gallery on website, provided references during meeting, very professional and received their estimate within a couple days of the meeting. My impression of them was of a professional business, not a individual contractor. Negative: Estimate the highest of the three received.
Description of Work: Met with a representative to discuss my main bathroom renovations of retiling shower stall, bathtub, & floor. Also to install a pocket door, replace lights, countertop, and facets.

+ 0 moreThe grout in the shower is now coming out. I understand that they used a sand grout and according to certain standards that should not have been used. It's cracking now and coming out now about a year to a year and a half after. When we contacted them regarding this they said they used industry standards. Other than that, everything has held up OK. He used subcontractors and they were the one that did the tiling.
Description of Work: They remodeled a master bedroom and also the master bathroom. They gutted out both areas and then remodeled it with all new items. They did this work for us about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago.
