The services provided were top shelf...the representatives were very pleasant and their work was exceptional. I had an electrical fireplace inserted into a wood burning fireplace as well as 2 other small projects done. Anthony was in quickly, replaced our closet doors w brand new ones and now the bedroom is complete again.

After receiving a quote including materials except for the paint. I had asked Ashley to include the drywall since I couldn’t buy it or get it home. I paid the deposit and Ashley called to arrange time to do the work. She said it would be painting only. I told her again that the drywall needs replacing and she hung up and talked to Vince. She called back and said the quote included “mudding and painting.” I asked how they planned to “mud” crumbling drywall. She said they would just mud over the damages. I asked for my deposit back so I could find a reputable company.

Ceiling lights were installed well and my electrical outage was resolved. The tech, Jeremy, was professional, friendly and worked steadily. The process was completed in a timely manner, which was helpful to our schedule for that day. The young lady who answers the calls and assigns the technician, was attentive and genuine in assisting me. This is the second time I have used Punch List Pro and the second time Jeremy did the work for our home. With Jeremy, the young lady who takes the call and the quality of work done, so far, they are among the best in what they do.

He did an excellent job and was finished in a couple of hours.

Punch List Pros recently completed several items on a client's Repair Addendum in preparation for the sale of the home. PLP responded promptly, provided a written quote and proceeded with completing numerous repairs immediately. Most amazing, on the morning of the final walk-through, the dishwasher broke down; water everywhere! Upon notification by the buyer's agent, I placed a call to Ashley and she worked her magic!! Plumber dispatched to pick up a new dishwasher, installed it, hauled away the old dishwasher, and cleaned up!! Yes, same day! Seller was able to close the deal without further problems! Yes, I would use Punch List Pros again!

It was excellent. They were neat, clean, punctual, friendly, very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and attention to my concerns about the details. They suggested to change the job to save money. The price was good for the work that they did.
