Professional Appraisal Services, Inc. was founded by current owner, James Rhyne, with a vision of an appraisal company with an extreme dedication to quality and service is also shared by his staff. The staff consists of CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL appraisers with extensive knowledge of the local markets that we service. Servicing The Midlands area from our Columbia Office, and the Grand Strand area from Our Conway Office.

We hired this company because of HomeAdvisor's recommendation and good ratings. We paid full price for the inspection and report. The house inspection went okay. However, the electronic report sent by the appraiser (Michael) was a generic form letter poorly put together and not addressed to us. We assumed that it was an initial draft and asked Michael to send a hard copy of the final report. It has been a month and many phone calls and still we have not received the final formal report from this company.
