They were on time and very thorough. They fixed the problem I had with my garage door closing improperly.

They were great. I didn't have any issues with them at all. They were punctual, the gentleman did what he was supposed to do, explained what he needed to explain, and showed me how to work the remote on the door. I have no complaints with them and I would give them an A in everything, and I would use them again. The only other price, since he was here I just got him to look at the other garage for an additional charge, so they were able to do that. Other than that, I was okay with it because I have a double garage door, so I knew that that visit was only gonna cover one garage door. So he did, while he was out there, take a look at it. Once I paid for the service, I think it was done in maybe like the next week.

The technician called ahead of the scheduled appointment and said he could arrive earlier if that was okay. He arrived as promised and went right to work. He performed the inspection and then replaced the rollers and lubricated all appropriate hinges and springs. He was very efficient, finished quickly and cleaned up after he had completed the work. With the new rollers the door operation was much smoother and quieter.

The technician assessed what I needed and completed the job quickly. I am very happy with the results. My door is operating so much better and so much quieter than I can ever remember.

They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what we expected. There were no additional fees to the $99 Big Deal cost because they did not need to do anything beyond what was already in the scope of the agreement. I thought the price was very fair for what they did. Everything has been fine ever since. They did point out a couple of things that would have required us to have someone come out anyway to do the same service that we had not really been aware of. The door was just operating a little slowly. That is why we purchased it and we would have probably had a bigger problem had we not had them come out. Their responsiveness was great.

We purchased this not so "big deal" from Angie's List thinking they could really assist us since the remotes were causing issues, the mechanism was extremely loud and our cars needed to be synced to the opener. He said he could help us get it synced but when here he never ever even tried. He told us we needed an adapter since our opener "was so old". What a bunch of hooey. When he completed his "supposed work" he'd indicated that he was recently here with the former owners for this exact same service. That's when we realized that he was dishonest. He should have revealed that based on the service address prior to the house call. I cannot recommend him. One simple phone call to our garage door opener manufacturer got us synced without any need for an adapter today. I recommend that you not use this service company since he is not running a fair business.

It turned out very well. We were quite happy with it. It's much smoother now. We've had no problems.

Not too good....see description of what I purchased.

Spring broke today leaving my car stuck in the garage. Called the 24 hour emergency number that they list on the sticker they attach to your garage after they install garage door. Their idea of 24 hour emergency service is sending someone out to look at your garage the NEXT DAY between 2 & 4!!!! HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE products. Also when they installed the door, they had to come back out because they didn't install the trim at the time. They also have very unprofessional installers too!

I ended up spending about $800 for a service, which included the $99 service fee paid online. I was leary that I might have been overcharged and not assessed the most economical service but haven't had any more problems with the door. This made me very aware of the potential of services going up tremendously using this service as a springboard for over asdessert of costs.

Fine. They did what they said. They gave the door some service. They gave me an estimate for getting the door back in shape. I chose not to get their full service due to cost.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ THE OTHER REAL CUSTOMERS (NOT OVER 300 FAKE CUSTOMER REVIEWS) THAT GAVE THEM BAD REVIEWS. The technician refused to replace my garage door gear and sprocket. They attempted to persuade me that I need a new $1200 garage door. He tried his best to use the fact that I had a 1 inch crack on my top panel, my garage door bottom frame was missing three screws, the glue holding up my middle panel bracket needed to be glued back to the panel. He considered my garage door unsafe and could not replace new panels because it was allegedly discontinued. I asked him can he just replace the $20 piece (DIRECT REPLACEMENT FOR 41C4220A GEAR AND SPROCKET KIT) or install a new garage opener if purchased from Lowe's. He claimed he would lose his job if he performed any of those repairs because my garage door is considered unsafe. At this point, I realized this was a scam to sell more services and or product. I obviously declined. I called ASAP garage door company while the Precision Door Technician was doing a so called Tune Up by spraying lube on some parts. An ASAP technician arrived in a hour and my garage door was working in thirty minutes. I payed $140, but gave him a $40 tip. My garage door runs smoothly. I am not giving a fake customer review. I would like for people to be aware. If you still choose to do business with this company. I can guarantee you will be calling another garage door company. To Precision Door company, don't waste your time and give me an empty apology like you do everyone else on Angie's List. You are not sorry, just stop trying to take advantage of customers claiming it's your honest professional opinion because you will not be in business for long.

Great. Didn't want to spend much but wow what a difference after rebuild.

He was right on time and took out the old wooden doors and put in new light weight doors.
