Description of Work: Precision Door came out to adjust our garage door for the $39 deal purchased on Angie's List and they convinced us to buy a new opener with a lifetime warranty. Ours was 11 years old and would overheat if used more than a couple of times in succession. Our new one is very quiet and Precision has come out to adjust it.

Description of Work: They did basic maintenance on the overhead door, plus replaced the springs and installed a new garage door opener. Everything went very well once the serviceman arrived. However there was a problem with scheduling. I had called to schedule the visit and was told they would come the next day between 4 & 6 pm At about 6:20 pm I called the office & found out that they had no record of scheduling the visit for that day. They did, however, schedule me for the following day and the serviceman called me in the late morning to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled as he was ahead of schedule. That worked well for me. In the end, everything got done and done well.

Description of Work: I was pleased with the service on one garage door so I Purchased the ame $99 tune up special on my second garage door. There must have been some communication problem as they performed a lesser service on my second door. The next day I called Precision and they had a technician come the next day to make it right.

Description of Work: Garage door tuneup. The work was finished quickly and thoroughly. The guys even helped us figure out how to get our garage door opener to respond to the button on our SUV's rear view mirror.

Description of Work: I called for Tuneup but due to a broken spring on the garage door, ended up replacing the spring and other parts. The price sounded little bit high but the service was good and the technican mentioned that this price will give me the life time warranty.
