Precision Garage Door Service

The package I purchased went fine. We have a larger than normal garage door. Several weeks went by and I didn't hear from them so I had to make a phone call. They told me the belt was on back order. I waited another week and a half. I called back and said "If you can't find the belt, I'll find another company that can find one." I got a call that they found the belt. I'll probably not use them again. The technician who came out was great. He was really good.

It went great. This is the 3rd time over the years I have used this company and I highly recommend them. They are professional, prompt and do a great job.

Everything went well the technician was nice and knowledgeable. He was super fast also. Job took about and hour. Took the time to explain my repairs and made recommendations. A little pricey for the job. But I am satisfied.

Service person was very knowledgeable but immediately tried to sell me on more expensive additions. He found a stress issue with one side of my door and did a mini repair that he explained to me wouldn't solve the problem but would extend the life of the door. I also had him replace the molding around that door that was cracked and breaking. Total additional was $80 dollars for molding and small piece of metal added to door. Kinda of expensive but he was here on site.

It went very well! They were on time and very professional. Got the job done quickly and were very flexible in scheduling.

It went well. They provide descent service. When I had the service performed somehow something broke on the actual garage door opener, so I ended up basically buying a coupon for $89 and ended up paying probably about $500-600 to have my garage door opener replaced, so that was kind of disappointing. The serviceman was very nice. I actually had to end up calling them back out for another service because the garage door was actually getting jammed or stuck. They came out without any questions and fixed that without me having to pay anything. But again when you go from $89 to $500-600 it can kind of be overwhelming and put a bad taste to your mouth. They supposedly gave me some discount but that is still very expensive considering what I had expected to pay.

We had a door that came off of the track. We had precision come out to do the repair. Awesome service. It was extremely easy to schedule, the guy who came out was friendly and very knowledgeable of what we had and what to do to get it fixed. Thank you guys.

Great job. very professional and very swift. came, and worked all the issues one at the time, explaining everything. felt great to see and learn the maintenance of system. worth every penny and I will be definitely use this provider in the future and recommend to my friends.

Installed a garage door that works wonderfully. Added rollers and additional supports which make the door much more safe. The door had broken and was a safety risk for my wife.

Brian was on time, polite and did a great job! We will be calling them first when the door really does die.

I had a problem with my garage door after they worked on it. It wouldn't open all the way. They came back out, looked over a few things and said it was fine.

They got the job done. We're very happy with our new opener. It was all done correctly. The price is what I expected.
