The technician, Chandler, was very good! He was profession, polite and informative. He questioned me, assessed the physical situation and came to what turned out to be the correct conclusion. He had the needed circuit board in his truck, installed in minutes. He also give me a few tips on garage door maintenance and care. I’d use them again, asking for Chandler.

Hired this company to repair what was supposed to be a new garage door installation by my previous tenants. Precision did a wonderful job with explaining everything and giving repair options.

Hired this company's service back in 2017. While trying to open the garage door, I accidentally jammed it when it was locked. Duh! I dislodged it from its 'moorings', and the Precision Technician was able to fix it in a short while, explaining how to avoid this in the future. He was very pleasant and knowledge about his expertise. I would recommend this company again.

I felt the price was too much for the work done. Just to get the coil rod, cable, and wheels replaced, it was $518. The service tech inspected the other garage door and said the coil rod would be going soon when I had that replaced a year ago. If my car wasn’t stuck in the garage and I needed to go to work, I would have tried a different company
