They never showed up or called me to let me know they couldn't make it.

When I initially called the owner indicated she could not write down my details and requested that I call back and leave a message on her voice mail and she would call me back to confirm once she got back to her office. I complied but did not receive a response after a few days. I called back and was finally able to book the appointment. On the day of the appointment they arrived late but the owner was very apologetic. The services performed were very good. She and her staff were very respectful. I attempted to schedule my second session a few months later. I attempted to contact the company 5 times via telephone and email with no response. After three weeks of no response I finally received an email indicating that the company was booked for 4-5 weeks and was unapologetic about the delay in the response. I indicated that I wanted to schedule an appointment at the next available time. We settled on a date and time. About a week prior to the appointment she emailed to change the time. I responding to confirm the change. On the day of the appointment no one showed up nor was I contacted. I left two voicemails to follow up but have still not heard back.

The business has not returned my calls.

They will work with you in most situations and they're honest about what they can do.

Well, it was good initially, but never got past phone call or email

I spoke with Olivia and she sent me the names of references. I checked these out and all seemed good. We set up an appointment. She did not show up. The appointment was for a Friday - she called the following Monday and said she was sick. I told her I totally understood. We set up another appointment for the next Friday. We emailed the night before and I sent her directions. I waited over an hour but again, she did not show up. I called and emailed her but have heard nothing. This is not the kind of experience I had hoped to have when I joined Angie's List.

They came at the scheduled time, with their supplies, I talk to the girl a brief moment and then she was on her way. Listening to her ipod she didn't even stop to take a break. My house was clean in about six hours(this was the initial cleaning. never smelled anything like it!
