The mission of Personal House Cleaner is to provide a clean and relaxing environment to all of our clients. We achieve this by providing “high quality” cleaning and upholding our core values to be honest, reliable, and reasonable. It can be plainly seen by checking our reviews on this site (Angie’s List) along with Google and other review sites on the Internet that Personal House Cleaner stands for all of these values. Due to the fact that we strive for excellence, we did everything we could to provide this potential client with the most accurate quote. (1)We request the time needed to prepare this complex quote. (Along with the details of this quote, a number of time consuming circumstances were transpiring. All of this was expressed to this potential client and (2) then provided her with her quote. We can certainly understand that this quote may have been more than this potential client desired to spend, however; the scope of the work needed in the potential client’s home certainly required the amount of resources and labor to properly achieve the results which this potential client would have been pleased with. Clearly this job would have required multiple employees for a full day. In addition to cleaning, a great amount of sanitizing would have been needed. Special attention to organizing and pet odor treatment was also necessary. It is not the practice of Personal House Cleaner to provide substandard work, therefore; it would be both a disservice to both “our committed values” and the client’s expectations of we just gave her a price which was not the honest amount required to properly clean her home and then have our Cleaning Specialists arrive and perform a rush job. Because we are a reasonable service provider and the leader in “high quality cleaning” means that we are committed and will review all aspects of potential projects to come to the rational cost to deliver the best to our clients. Our communication with the clients displays our reliability. After sending the quote to the client and the client replied that the price was outside of her budget, we sent her another e-mail asking what “was her budget”. Personal House Cleaner strives to never sacrifice the quality of the work which we provide, however; we are always willing to seek if there are any reasonable ways to accommodate the needs and desires of our clients and potential clients. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply from our last correspondence to this client seeking to see if there was a budget she had in mind so that we could see if there was an arrangement possible to work with her budget and deliver our “high quality” services in fractional levels to her. With Personal House Cleaner, more than just cleaning is delivered. We deliver serenity. Yes, this meanings providing “high quality cleaning”. Our Cleaning Specialists is highly trained in cleaning, customer services, and how to handle emergencies which may happen at any given time.
