 + 5 moreA year ago Kevin did some repair and remodeling work on my screened porch. The finished product looked terrific and didn't cost nearly as much as other contractors. So I hired him to work on a lot of items that needed to be done. Kevin is a perfectionist. He literally had to rebuild the guts of the toilet that was running, as the hardware was all rusted and worn out. He also had to install several flappers until he found one that fit. It took nearly 2 days, but the toilet works perfectly now. Kevin works as an independent contractor in his free time, so you might have to wait a few days before he calls you back. But once he's on the job, he doesn't quit until he's done.
Description of Work: Fix leaking roof; paint ceiling spotted by leak; clean trash off roof; fix running toilet; install rain collection barrel; install patio pavers.
