Description of Work: They removed many bats from the attic, cleaned and enzymed the areas. Checked all 4 attic areas, and cleaned a 2nd area that had old evidence of bat excrement. All attic areas and vents were replaced and re sealed. In addition, they sealed the entire house and put in new crawl space grates that are wildlife proof, as we had also had a snake in the house a few days before we discovered the bats. Their team is very knowledgable and professional- all uniformed. The owners were on site the first 2 visits, but the technicians that came on the 3rd day were also excellent and respectful of property. This also includes a 5 year guarantee that covers every type of wildlife including mice. We live next to a wooded area, so this is an added plus as we have a lower 3rd level living area. The snake we killed turned out not to be poisonous, but others in our area have killed copperheads, so this gives me piece of mind. They even foamed and sealed all tiny openings where wires or any type of pipe enters the home. Highly recommend. Could probably have had just the bats removed for less money, but to us this full service guarantee was worth the cost. Total work time at the house was probably 10-11 hours, 2 men working each time, so approximately 20-22 man hours of work.

Description of Work: Nothing! Stood me up TWICE! Were supposed to be here 10/23. Two hours after their appointment time they call to tell me they are not coming and they cannot get here until 10/29. I had a snake in my house so I asked for special consideration and they basically told me "no way". Said both their trucks were broken down. I was very disappointed and angry but I had paid thro Angie's List for a special offer so I let it go. Now I am sitting here on 10/29, they haven't shown up and I haven't heard from them.

Description of Work: Michael inspected an entry hole in the molding under the roof line created by wood peckers and filled the hole with hard material that should eliminate further damage.

Description of Work: He worked with me throughout the fall & spring to remove & exclude squirrels from the attic, apply bio-product to affected areas. Justin trapped and removed squirrels to another area, replaced damaged roofing (where they had been sharpening their teeth) and repaired where they were coming in.
