PALMETTO SOUTH MORTGAGE CORP

Description of Work: Josh Collins was loan officer for Palmetto South. He was always asking for documents that we had already provided. Would not return phone calls from us, our real estate agent (Jennifer Hayes with Exit Realty, 803-730-9635) or from our closing attorney ;(803-798-9446). My partner and I drove to his office e twice to see what his problem was. Each time Josh pointed fingers at everyone but at his self. At one point, Josh said that he needed certain information from Kentucky state government and that he had a call in but, need the info by 1P.M. that day. The time he told us this was at 11A.M. I told him if he had not received the info by then to let me know as I had a contact in the KY Governors office. He promised he would let me know. His dead line came and went and no call from Josh. I called my contact, gave them Joshes phone number and then called Josh. He offered no apology for not contacting me as promised no did he give a reason that he had not called. This type of behavior continued out throughout our dealings with him. His boss (Gregg McCoy) stated at a meeting between my partner and and our real estate agent (Jennifer Hayes and her partner/husband Mike) that Josh had a problem with communicating with clients and returning phone calls.
