Description of Work: I had a roof leak and called them. They came out on a holiday and put a tarp on to stop the leak. Came back and spent a long time here with the insurance adjuster, came again to fix the roof which turned out not to be covered by my insurance. Very, very dependable, arrived early each time, came and fixed the issues and did a great job. Can't even tell where it was repaired.

Description of Work: I called the number and requested a quote. The person asked if they could call me back. They did not call back, so I called the next day. I was told they were coming that afternoon. I said that since he didn't call me back, I wasn't aware of this arrangement, but OK, I would see him that afternoon. He called me later to ask if it was raining on my side of town. I told him yes (the weather report had been calling for a large storm all day at that time), so we set an appointment for 10AM today, 12/2/16. It's 11:15 and I have called, gotten no response, left a message. If this is the customer service I get with setting an appointment for a quote, I would certainly hate to see what one would get hiring this company.

Description of Work: WE called to have them come out and check our roof, as we'd had a bad leak. Man who answered said he'd just started a job that would take a few days and that he would call us back when that was finished. That was over a month ago. We never heard back from him.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Webb and he came out punctually, gave me a price and scheduled a work date. His men were here as expected, did a very satisfactory job and cleaned up ofter themselves satisfactorly. I would, and have, recommendeedr this company who wants a highly professional job, done quickly,using top quality materials at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: He came by from another job to look at the situation. Seemed like a real nice guy. He told me what he would do and how much it would be. He said he would be back the following Tuesday to do the work. He failed to come back, and I didn't bother to call him since he was going to charge me 900 dollars for the work, and he didn't even go up on the roof look at it up close.

Description of Work: Removed old roof, installed new roof on residence.

Description of Work: After finding out we had hail damage, we got 4 estimates for the job. Palmetto Roofing sent someone to do an estimate the day I called. Unlike some other companies, they actually did measure my roof instead of just looking at my insurance estimate. Not only was their price the best (with the Angies List discount) but everything from start to finish was totally professional. They finished the job (removing the old roof, putting in a new one and carting away all the debris) in one day and by the time I got home from work my yard actually looked cleaner than it did when I left that morning. Except for the fact that I had a beautiful new roof, I would never have known they were there. Very polite and cordial. Fantastic experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. Single layer tare off and 22 sq replace.
