+ -1 moreMike Young promptly came to inspect the home and the foul smell situation, and came back with ozone generators to purify the air. He left these on for a couple of days, then returned to get them. They were definitely helpful. I found Mike to be amazing- very responsive, and making every effort possible to deal with the problem. All at a most reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Palmetto Commercial Services to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a serious problem concerning a smell at a rental property, due to the former tenant who had a dog in the house. It was becoming difficult to rent the property because of this problem, and we tried about everything (which includes replacing a section of carpet and padding, shampooing carpets, odorizors and more).
