+ 0 moreCame out on a Friday and provided me with a quote to perform requested work. We agreed on the price and I was told they would add me to schedule (2-3 days out) and will perform service. I never heard back from them after agreeing to work/price so found someone else to handle job. Why show up, quote me a price and agree to do the work only to not to handle?

+ -1 moreThis was, perhaps, the best service I have had with a home maintenance provider. First, they were the only company that responded to my quote request promptly. I got a call from a scheduler very quickly to discuss the problem I was having. I was given an appointment within the week of my call (they could have done immediate work, but this was not an emergency). I was given an arrival window of 8 AM to 12 noon. The doorbell rang at 8:30 and the team (two techs) talked with me briefly about the issue I was experiencing. They found the distribution solenoids quickly and went through a diagnostic that included evaluating the solenoids and boxes (looking for leaks/water), checking distribution lines for possible leaks, checking sprinkler head operation in all zones (including checking water pressure at the sprinkler heads). Though they found no issues with the system, they continued to ask questions related to my habits regarding watering and offered suggestions about changes that might help there. They reset my system to a better watering scheme. In all ways this company was efficient and professional and did not try to up-sell me services or "solutions" where none was needed. I happily and very highly recommend this company!
