On time and excellent job.

Outdoor Lighting called a day before to verify appointment. Called the day of if running late. Cleaned up before leaving and made sure lights working properly.

Excellent ad courteous service. Very prompt in answering call. Follow-up all much appreciated and indicative of caring about customer service.

We had another company do our home in Ohio, so we called that franchisee to do our home after moving here. The street side lighting they did was okay, although areas were dark. I always thought the lake side deck looked like 'Disney's 'Haunted Mansion' - creepy. We met Mike at the Home Show and called him about a year ago to added subtle lights to the street side in those dark areas. This July we called him again and he suggested the lights should not be positioned from the deck up, but from the eaves area down. The crew had to climb a ladder two stories up to install 4 lights. Positioning for effect was critical and I'm sure they didn't want to return to make adjustments in the dark. But their expertise showed - they got all 4 right the first time. The lake side view is so much better. Within a week one neighbor stopped to compliment us on the appearance from their boat. In addition Mike took the old lights and highlighted 3 palm trees that hadn't been done before and the whole look is fantastic.

GREAT. OUR REPRESENTATIVE, MIKE , HE CAME OVER IN THE RAIN AND SET UP A DEMO FOR US. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HONEST ABOUT THE PLACEMENT OF THE LIGHTS. I TRIED TO ACTUALLY ADD TOO MANY LIGHTS BUT HE WAS VERY HONEST INSTEAD OF SELLING US TOO MANY. WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE LIGHTING AND WE ARE NOW GOING TO ADD LIGHTS TO A RETAINING WALL IN THE BACK WHEN COMPLETED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives installed our lights originally over 15 years ago. Company floundered until it was bought by Kenny. I reinstated our contract last year and have been very satisfied. Prompt, excellent service.
