I have been a customer with AHS since 2006 in 2 states. I recently assisted my daughter with a new home purchase. AHS contracts with One way Electrical in that area. We had some electrical concerns. Doug was our service technician. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had a challenge after our visit and he immediately offered a solution that worked immediately.

Great experience! Very friendly and repaired what we needed with no delay.

Very polite, great communication. Only thing I would note is that they didnâ t clean up behind themselves. Left wire pieces, and old outlets and switches where they were removed. Not all of them, just some. They did a really nice job, and I will hire again for more jobs.

Showed up. Found what my problem was.Fixed it in short time. Highly recommend

Carlton was very professional. He was punctual and did an awesome job I wasn't sure what needed to be done, so he went around my house and we found a few issues that needed to ve taken care of. He completed every job in a timely manner. He knew his stuff, I will call him for all my electrical issues from here on

Carlton and Tony were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem immediately and found where the electrical problem occurred, and why it occurred. They fixed the electrical issue immediately and recommended new GFCIs be installed. They were both great and very friendly, explaining why the outlets were wired in the circuit in the layout of the area in the house. I would whole heartily recommend this company and these two gentlemen for any electrical work.

One way electrical crew came in offered to remove their shoes or boot their boots And lay down a tarp in my living Room so thier latter would not scratch my floor did an excellent job was polite courteous friendly and answered all my questions would recommend them to anyone

Before finding OneWay, I hired an electrician who did not show. Luckily I found Carlton of One Way. He promptly returned my call for service and gave me an estimate of time involved for what he suspected the issue to be. Once here he went above and beyond to correct the blown circuit. He checked EVERY outlet in my house, even behind heavy furniture. He made suggestions for future upgrades as my budget allows. He is extreme thorough and insistent on making sure every item my budget would not allow for was at least not a safety issue. He is passionate about his trade and is a pleasure to do business with. I will be recommending him to all my single woman home owner friends. In fact I will recommend him to my men friends too!

Carlton and his guys were great. They were on time, did everything they said they would do. I will recommend and use them again. They explained everything they were doing - good company to use .

The team came in and got right to work. They found the problem in about 10-15 minutes, then only took another 10-15 to correct it! All in all they were in and out in about 30 minutes or so. They were very friendly and I thought the price was very fair. I will definitely keep their number for future electrical needs.

OneWay electrical completed rough in electrical in our condo. My husband and I were very satisfied with results. Carlton went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Price was very reasonable, work was done quickly, county inspector passed their work without any corrections. We will definitely use their services in the future and will recommend them to our friends.
