+ -1 moreThe experience was positive and I trust what this contractor is telling me. When I first engaged this contractor 2 years ago, I price shopped the services I needed and found him as competitively priced as others.
Description of Work: I used this firm to replace my downstairs heating and cooling units. I also used them 2 years ago to replace my upstairs units. I currently have a service contract in place with them, which I have had since the first service/repair 2 years ago. Formerly, I used a big Columbia, SC AC/Heating contractor for service and repairs, until I found I could do better with this firm.

+ -1 moreWhen I call, Mr. O'Neill comes out himself. When he commits to a time, he is here at that time. Mr. O'Neill is a nice guy that knows his work. He does a good job. I will continue to use him in the future and would recommend him to others.
