 + -1 moreThey sold me a app that water she was too low for the setup that I had damp doesn't cut off and stays on I blew 5 fuses within 3 days of the purchase they told me once I went back to the store they have a no return policy that's on their door that I did not see only thing they wanted to do was refurbished 2 Amp and not give me my money back if you couldn't explain to me why the wattage wasn't a factor when it came to it we have very poor customer service I will forever for no one to go back to this place are they full of ****
Description of Work: I need an amplifier that will push two 15s that was 2800 watts a piece they sold we are amplifier that was only 1800 watts

 + -1 moreWhile installation was pricey, they were very up front and on target with the estimate. Work was done in the timeframe I was given. They also took time to go over the features of the new stereo. So far I am extremely happy with the stereo they recommended.
Description of Work: Purchased (a gift from my wife) a Poineer car stereo system and had it installed both from Nortons.

 + -1 moreExcellent. They quoted a price, did the job as promised, and charged me less! They said the quote had included a bracket that they ended up not needing, so didn't charge me for it. I would use them again without question, and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Went to Norton's to see if they could repair a car stereo and after getting an estimate for the cost of the repair, decided to purchase a new system for less than the repairs. It took only about 35 minutes it install. They gavee me a detailed explanation of how to work the new system. Very pleased with the service and the product.

 + -1 moreIt is right in my neighborhood and they have been in business for 25 to 30 years. They made an appointment, did what they were going to do, had it done and it works fine. Their price was reasonable within the area.

 + -1 moreI was not to impressed with them. That is why I did not go back. They were okay. They said they were going to order a part and never did. I like the stereo and they did a nice job. They did not respond back about the antenna that I wanted. They were moderately priced.
