Description of Work: NorthPoint serviced my Trane HVAC system for 7 or 8 years before I replaced the unit. I was very pleased with their service. Their technicians were very professional and did excellent work. They were focused on maintaining the unit in top condition rather than selling me a new one, which was not the case with my previous provider. When I replaced my old HVAC system last year, I chose another provider because they carried the brand I selected for the replacement, NOT because I was dissatisfied with NorthPoint's service. It was a difficult decision. I had been very satisfied with NorthPoint for a number of years. They do good work at fair prices.

Description of Work: I don't really recall the last time Northpoint has helped us out, but we've used them regularly over the years. We've tried others, thinking we could save a bit, but despite a slightly higher price than other services, Northpoint has always provided the better value. In the end, I think we end up saving money with them due to the superior quality of the service they provide.

+ 0 moreI contacted Jason who came out and looked at the site and gave me a price on different models. I searched the internet and called family in Texas and Oklahoma who also searched and contacted dealer for prices. After all of this we chose Northpoint. Jason answered all of our question and was very professional When we call to let them know that we had decided to buy from the. Jason said he could have it installed the next morning. We decided to wait until the following Monday. The installer arrive on time and had the old unit removed and the new unit installed and working in four hour. After the installers left a Tech came by to check the job and made sure that all was working properly.
Description of Work: Installed a 2 1/2 ton American Standard Gas Pack to replace a carrier model that needed a new blower motor. Since the unit was old and the price for the motor was expensive we decided to get a new unit/

+ 0 moreThey did a very good job. They are very responsive. Any time we have a question or a problem, they are very quick to come out. Their prices are very reasonable. On one of their first visits, Joe Zoltan came out personally (the boss) to make sure everything went well for us.
Description of Work: They have put in three HVAC systems. They have also put in a whole house clean air filter and we also have a service contract with them.
