I first made contact with the owner and made arrangements for a free estimate. He arrived well equipt with tools to take measurements. Initially, he answered my questions in a vague manner, but that was probably due to my no-nonsense style of questioning to ensure, that I wasn't taken advantage of(price wise)as a woman. I shopped around before hiring him in order to compare prices. I later realized, his estimate was the most reasonable compared others, unlike others he did not try to sell me extra items. Upon hiring him, he arrived promptly, so promptly that the City had not drawn out the lines for the water lines required prior to a sprinkler installation. He was eager to start working. During the work period, the owner took an active role along with his crew in scorching heat nonstop. They were courteous and diligent. When the installation was done the crew cleaned up and the owner gave instructions on upkeep of the system and what to expect in the upcoming weeks with the system.
