Description of Work: Najeera and team were very professional and painted the interior of 2 houses for me. They also installed closet doors for me. I especially appreciated his team being available to paint the properties giving very short notice. The job was well done. Najeera also gave me a lesson in cheap paint that I will remember. "Don't use cheap water-downed paint".

 + 2 moreWe wanted the popcorn ceiling removed from a couple bedrooms, hallway and bathrooms and then painted white. They removed the popcorn very quickly (it was painted so it was difficult to remove) and superficially touched it up with plaster. This was not acceptable to us as we wanted the ceiling skim coated so that it would look well finished. They did agree to spending more time on the ceilings but would not have done this without us insisting on it. The workers were all pleasant and tried to please us but we did have to oversee the work closely to get it done to our satisfaction. I would use this company on less precise work in the future but not on something that required more precision. The price was very good for the amount of time spent on this project.

 + 1 moreWe hired Najera and his team to paint the exterior (trim, front porch, shutters, doors included) of our home. They properly prepped all the surfaces (power washed with bleach, sanded, caulked, primed then painted.). They also replaced our back stoop. We would definitely hire them again. Najera is very kind and honest.
