We encourage anyone reading this review to call us and find out just how professional we TRULY are. We are a small company who operate with just one single crew to ensure success on each and every move. We deeply care about our customers and feel we are the most accountable/responsible movers in state of South Carolina. Concerning Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s move: a stack of boxes toppled over resulting in a few broken articles within. The damage mentioned was minimal at best and swift action was taken to rectify the situation. Items completely destroyed were assessed FULL RETAIL VALUE. The one piece (bombay box) which was deemed only-repairable-by-a-professional, we offered to have professionally repaired (customer declined). Ms [Member Name Removed] contacted us a week later claiming more damages. After denying our numerous requests, Ms [Member Name Removed] would not allow company owner, Tom, to perform an on-site assessment of the alleged damages to offer a fair and full resolution. After providing a list of items she felt required additional compensation Ms. [Member Name Removed] received a total reimbursement of $210.00 (total bill was 513.00)- a generous offer given the circumstances. Upon our agreement payment was mailed IMMEDIATELY. We want to express our deepest regrets that we could not fulfill Ms [Member Name Removed]'s wishes for a flawless move, however we do not feel this review accurately represents what we offer here at MovingPros. We want anyone reading to know that we made our very best efforts to make the situation right.
