Mount Valley Foundation Services

The representative was on time, polite and knowledgeable and assured us we needed no repair. He also took his time explaining foundation issues to us, what to look for, options for repairs if needed, etc. We were surprised that a company could be so honest as to not suggest anything that would make them money. Will definitely use Mount Valley if we ever do need foundation work.

They showed up on time and ready to go,but tech looked at what I needed done and informed me it wasn't possible due to roots growing under drive way causing problem. He contacted MT Valley and I received a full refund. I appreciate their honesty and if I need their services in the future, I will use them.

Ray Sherbert and his team, Carl Sherbert and Nicholas Aguilera, did an excellent job. In about a day and a half they were able to install a half dozen jacks including two additional beams in my house's unfortunately tight crawlspace, stabilizing the house and even getting noticeable lift back in the floors. They were very professional and courteous, making sure they showed me the progress and final result of getting the jacks and beams in place. Mount Valley is definitely going to have a repeat customer if I ever have additional problems in the future.

Mount Valley was the second company I talked to about the necessary repairs. I hired MV because their plan to fix the damage was more thorough than the other company. Plus, the people were much easier to deal with. MV was definitely the more professional company. When William check, Chris Snyder, Greg Cordova, William Buff and Lewis Kincade came to my house to do the work, they were right on time. They were very careful to make sure my house was protected. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves - I couldn't tell anyone had been inside or outside my house that day. They were extremely courteous and gave me regular updates regarding their progress. I am very happy with my choice to hire MV.

The crew (Abraham Reyes,Chris Briggs, Chris Snyder and Granison Peterson) were prompt and professional. They worked as a team to fix the issue and cleaned up afterwards as well. The salesperson/engineer who came out (Edwin Moore) to survey the damage and give us a quote was knowledgeable and fair. It is hard to find honest folks who give you what you need and not a bunch of other things to pad their pockets.

The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They assessed the job and began work immediately. Dex, Jacob, and Hugo worked together to do a great job in getting our house level. They are courteous individuals and careful when it comes to your property. I am very pleased with the outcome.

My floor was sinking. They put jack under the floor to raise the floor up.

The crew was very friendly, and explained the entire procedure before they started, as well as walking me through what they did when they were finished. 3 steel piers were installed.

There was a a big communication problem between the sales representative, the contractor I had working on my house, my roommate and myself. Too many people making decisions and trying to be the boss of the job. I the owner and person paying for everything did not get honest facts from the contractor and my roommate. When I complained Mount Valley had no knowledge of any of the calls or requests, came to my house during the holiday break to inspect the job and assure me it was complete.

They came to the house in pouring down rain and installed 2 beams under the house. They lifted it tighter than needed and said they had to come back in 2 weeks to adjust the beam. That was December 22nd 2015. The sales representative came back and we said we could not get another beam, he said okay and scheduled the crew to come by and adjust the lift on the house. They never came back even when I called again twice and said the ceiling was cracking and the floor was separating. We called 6 times, none has come back to make the adjustment ever!

Mount Valley did a great job; they moved plants from the disturbed area, installed four piers, closed the separation between the bricks and foundation and cleaned up the area. Their technicians were professional, courteous, informative and hard workers. We are extremely satisfied.
