I asked them to recommend me soome that could help me, according to them they did not know anyone. So I did not used them. I am still in need of someone to re-level my home and underpen with a permenent foundation. Can you recommend me someone that willing and can do the job?

Description of Work: 1. Dig two holes (3' X 3') on each corner of the chimney foundation, then support each corner with steel pilons. 2. The Work Crew that performed the tasks were very professional and focused on the work at hand. Answered any questions about their process. 3. Suggestion: Have the Sales Representative explained in detail the specifics of the worded contract. 4. Overall the experience was excellent.

Description of Work: A Mount Valley professional (Nick) arrived as scheduled and performed an inspection of the problem areas for the foundation, recommended repairs required, and provided a cost estimate. The home had three problem areas at corners of the home and each would require three steel piers to properly support the foundation. Signed a contract for the work a few days later and Mount Valley then scheduled the work for the following week. Work crew called ahead and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The crew chief introduced himself and together we again went over the problem areas. The crew worked continuously for approximately two days and overcame a number of obstacles to achieved the desired objectives. They did a very good job in doing the finishing work on the cracked mortar and bricks after the foundation was raised and supported. An excellent job in cleanup and with very minimal disruption to the surrounding shrubbery. Overall, an excellent performance in all areas and I would highly recommend Mount Valley.

Description of Work: I got them to come out for an evaluation on foundation / crawlspace repair on my 90 year old house. Nick Koch of Mount Valley came out on a Saturday morning. He went under the house and did about a 30 min. evaluation and determined the foundation was ok but needed some structural repair. He said they did not do wooden structural repair but recommended some one who did. (Cliff Ventura of Classic Designs.) Although Mount Valley did not do any work for me, I can say Nick was very knowledeable, polite and recommended a top notch person to do the work I needed. If I ever needed any foundation work I would not hesitate to call Mount Valley.
