I received the kit and sent the swabs in due to the virus. Results came back very quickly and were informative and consistent with my expectations.. The agent called and gave a very thorough explanation of the results. The cost was reasonable; it would have cost more had they come in to do the work. this was no hard sell. I have not yet completed the mold remediation.

Waiting for them to email their report, which they said yesterday they were sending. I tried calling and only got voicemail.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

The first thing the tech said was that, for 300.00 more, I could get in depth testing. The prices went to over a thousand dollars. Being on a fixed income and 70 years old, I told him I could only afford the basic 299.00 test which I still have not gotten the results for.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.
