carpet installation, decks, electrician, handyman service
+ 2 moreHe quoted a fair price. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. I just haven’t needed him since then but I would use him again. Depending on the job he has one or two work with him. The workers were under his supervision and I didn’t have any problems with them.
Description of Work: I used Mike Smith Builders during the spring of 2011. He replaced some decking of the outside deck as the wood needed to be replaced, he did some general electrical work and some limited carpentry.

+ -1 moreit all went well and i plan to use mike again when needed
Description of Work: mike replaced a deck for us with good results. he was punctual and very neat and tidy. he also rebuilt and repaired large pantry doors with good results. he repaired several electrical fixtures without difficulty
