One of their technicians sprayed water all inside the actual insulation and it caused mold.

They were on time and very responsive but the technician was a salesman. He started right away with sales. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable but tried to sale us a mold system b/c our system would make us sick.. He then told us the unit needed to be replaced and called his salesman to visit us.. He got an estimate of over 3000.00.. I called for a second opinion and they were able to fix the problem for appr.800.00 and we did not need the mold unit or a new system. It has been over two months now and the system is running great to date. I called them to let them know on two occasions and got no return call. Their service calling system has called me twice to schedule check ups and I told them the story again but no response from Midland Air.. There mission in my opinion is to sale you a new unit . I would not recommend or call them again.

They were excellent. They are prompt and able. They send out a reminder to tell me that the service is coming. The service man calls about a half hour before he gets there, so there are no surprises. I would recommend others to use them. They seem to be very up bright.
